I went from selling car warranties at 17 to building multiple 7-figure real estate businesses, but the journey wasn’t easy. In my last year as a W-2 employee I made 23k pre-tax. I went full-time in RE back in 2016 and barely kept the lights on. 2017, I did 74 deals and founded Call Porter. 2018-2020, we bought 150 units, and I founded Ballpoint Marketing. We started CCF in 2019 to give investors a place where they could be honest. You can't pay your light bill with equity :). Between 2021 and 2024, our clients reported back 85M + in results (equity in new holds and net from title). I want to be a part of your story and do good business with good people.
